A mental health professional with 19 years of experience. My therapeutic approach is based primarily on the fundamentals of client-centered therapy, with aspects of existential, solution-focused, CBT, and other theories incorporated as pertain to the client's individual needs. I adapt my approach to match what works best for you. My goal is to empower you with the insights, coping strategies, and tools to overcome obstacles, gain new perspectives, and make positive changes aligned with your values and aspirations. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have an extensive background working with diverse populations including survivors of domestic violence, those with disabilities and the LGBTQ community. I have been in the field for 19 years and have a passion to help untangle negative thoughts/patterns to lead to higher quality of life.
