About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their relationships—whether with partners, family, or themselves. My clients often seek support navigating transitions, communication challenges, life stages, or relational patterns that feel stuck. I also support those exploring family planning, the perinatal period, or adjusting to parenthood.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician. My practice is rooted in relational, systemic therapy—seeing clients in the context of their relationships, family systems, and life stages. I work with individuals and couples navigating dating, premarital preparation, family planning, parenthood, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and partner adjustment. Using a relational lens, I incorporate evidence-based models like the Gottman Method, Prepare/Enrich, and EFT. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I help clients untangle patterns, foster stronger communication, and feel more grounded in themselves and their relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healthy relationships are central to mental health. I’m passionate about helping people build stronger connections—with partners, family, and within themselves. As a systemic therapist, I value working against inequity and supporting clients navigating cultural, relational, and societal expectations. I stand for compassionate, affirming care that honors each person’s story and lived experience.
