About My Clients
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues/marital conflicts, or navigating life changes; you do not have to go through it alone. Additionally, I have training from Postpartum Support International. I am here to offer a safe space to those experiencing perinatal anxiety and mood disorders, pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, labor and delivery challenges, and the post-partum period.
My Background and Approach
I meet you where you are at in your feelings, and understand that some things are not always easy to talk about. I use a handful of modalities depending on the client; including CBT, EFT, and mindfulness. I am here to help you navigate and better understand your emotions, and equip you with tools for the future.

Seeking out therapy is often overwhelming. My office is a space for you to speak openly. I will be here as a nonjudgmental, supportive therapist helping you in your personal growth; walking along side you in your hardships. and cheering you on in your victories.
