About My Clients

You’re motivated and ready for change, but talking in circles isn’t cutting it anymore. I work with adults who want to go deeper, beyond just words, into the wisdom of the body and the stories carried inside. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative, helping you untangle old patterns, connect with your true self, and create space for real growth. Together, we’ll turn stuckness into movement and self-discovery into lasting change.

My Background and Approach

We all carry different “parts” of ourselves, some that protect, some that hold pain, and some that long to be seen. In my work, I help adults connect with these parts to better understand old patterns shaped by relationships, attachment patterns, and early experiences. Together, we can create space for growth by listening to the wisdom each part holds. As a somatic practitioner that is EMDR trained, I believe the body tells stories that are often hard to put into words. I use movement, breath, and awareness to gently process stuck emotions and release what no longer serves you. My goal is to join with you in a collaborative effort to feel more grounded, whole, and connected in your daily life and relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, human, and real. At the heart of my approach is a belief that you don't need to earn acceptance, but recognizing that it’s the starting point within us. I draw on mindfulness to slow down and notice what’s happening in the present moment. I believe growth often comes when we go beyond talking about problems and start gently feeling into them with curiosity. It is a journey rooted in connection, presence, and the power of possibility. Beyond therapy, I’m interested in the little things that make life meaningful such as seeking out creativity and laughter, being a full time dog mom, and satisfying my inner foodie through new recipes!
