About My Clients
I work with individuals who sense that there is something deeper behind their stress, anxiety, depression, or patterns that keep repeating. My role is to help you connect with the parts of yourself that hold both your pain and your capacity to heal, so you can move forward with more peace, clarity, wholeness, and self-trust. You'll be guided in a supportive, compassionate space where you can safely explore and uncover the insights and strength that are already within you.
My Background and Approach
I offer a personalized space to explore your inner world, reconnect with your emotions, and restore self-trust. These one-on-one sessions offer compassionate guidance using an eclectic approach and include methods derived from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. As a woman of color, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the therapeutic space. I aim to offer a safe, culturally responsive, and collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more whole and connected life. My priority is to make clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I deeply believe that every individual has the innate power to heal themselves. My role is not to fix or direct, but to gently guide you through the process, creating a safe and grounded space where you can connect with your own inner wisdom. The answers, growth, and transformation always come from within. You are the expert of your own journey. I value spirituality and the ways that it can support healing, when it resonates with the client. I draw from an eclectic, personalized approach to meet each person where they are. I prioritize creating a sense of inner peace and grounding, helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you explore the deeper layers of yourself and your path toward lasting growth.
