My approach to counseling prioritizes building a collaborative therapeutic relationship in which you can explore your feelings, develop resilience skills, and cultivate a lifestyle that helps you feel more confident and worthy. Using a warm and direct approach, I strive to meet you where you are at and gain a holistic understanding of what makes you you. Specific interest areas of mine include supporting clients processing low self-worth, anxiety, grief, and attachment struggles. I enjoy encouraging people in connecting with themselves and finding meaning during various life transitions, from entering marriage to navigating a breakup, starting a new career to adjusting to retirement, or becoming a parent to empty nesting.

I believe that, as humans, we all crave a sense of purpose, meaning, and belonging and have a wild mix of emotions, experiences, thoughts, and qualities that make us who we are. And who you are is valuable! In the therapy room, we can explore all of those pieces of your identity. As you work to navigate the twists and turns of life, my goal is to provide you with support that encourages you to strengthen your sense of self-compassion while still fostering growth. I value everyone's ability to grow and strive to help individuals find hope and connection in moments of discouragement. Together, we can create a judgement-free space where you feel comfortable exploring those feelings and expressing your most authentic self.
