I am dedicated to supporting individuals facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, and ADHD. Drawing upon evidence-based modalities—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy—I tailor my counseling approach to fit your unique needs and circumstances. I believe that every person’s path to healing is unique, and the therapeutic journey can be one of discovery and growth. My role is to walk alongside you, empowering you to gain new insights, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Together, we will work toward meaningful change and a greater sense of well-being.
