About My Clients
I help teens and adults who are struggling in addressing the underlying issues which could be causing their harmful actions and behaviours.
My Background and Approach
You are not alone and you need someone who understands your situation. I can assist you in creating a plan to manage your life stressors and help get you to the place that you envision for yourself. You will be challenged to work through your stressors while feeling empowered and motivated to achieve your goals. If your teen is the one that needs therapy, please do not hesitate to contact me. The sooner your teen deals with her/his issues or stressors the fewer problems it could cause in the future. I also have a Master's in School Adjustment Counseling. Maybe therapy is not something you want to commit to at this point in time, but you still have issues or situations you want to process or maybe you just want to vent. Feel free to get in touch as I would love to work with you as well. I also offer biweekly and once a month sessions.
