I work with clients to help them move through challenging times; whether it be facing a chronic illness, life transitions, or frustrations with feeling stuck in life. My specialties include LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and chronic mental and physical illnesses. I help clients move through previous traumas, anxieties, and negative self-beliefs - coming from a place of support without judgement.
My Background and Approach
With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, my focus in therapy draws from mindfulness, behavioral coaching, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I have previously worked in community mental health, disaster response, and palliative care and hospice.
