About My Clients

I work with adults of all ages to feel more connected to themselves and the world around them. I help people who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, loss and trauma. I have a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA community and I have experience supporting people who are exploring their gender identity, gender affirming surgeries and sexual orientation.

My Background and Approach

I believe in starting therapy by meeting my clients where they are at and providing a compassionate, affirming and non-judgmental space to engage in treatment. I provide a holistic and eclectic approach that uses a combination of therapeutic techniques and considers the mental, physical, spiritual and environmental factors that impact a person’s health and well-being. I help people gain a better understanding of how past experiences have informed who they are today and how they interact with the world. I support clients to uncover their own strengths, and to regain power over the areas of life that feel overwhelming or out of control. My approach is trauma informed, strengths based and collaborative.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma when working with my clients.
