About My Clients
My patients are ready to address their mental health without shame, seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or more. They want to be heard, respected, and empowered. They may feel misunderstood or hesitant, but they’re looking for a safe space to explore treatment options and collaborate on a plan that fits their life. Together, we focus on holistic, individualized care, so they can gain confidence, find balance, and improve their overall wellbeing.
My Background and Approach
I am an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare, from bedside nursing and operating rooms to outpatient mental health care. My training began at the University of Toledo, followed by an MSN from Ohio University. Now in Oregon, I bring this varied experience to every patient relationship. I believe deeply in a humanistic, holistic approach—listening first, and always seeing the person behind the diagnosis. Mental health struggles can feel isolating, but I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel truly heard and respected. Together, we explore your experiences and collaborate on treatment options that fit your unique needs and life goals. My greatest honor is helping people find greater confidence, balance, and wellbeing as they move forward on their mental health journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves compassion, respect, and a safe space to talk about their mental health—free from judgment or stigma. Each person’s journey is unique, and I aim to meet you wherever you are, honoring your experiences and choices. I know that reaching out for help takes courage, and I see it as a privilege to support people through that process. My role isn’t just to prescribe or give advice, but to listen, collaborate, and help you feel empowered to make decisions about your care. I value honesty, openness, and empathy, and I strive to create a partnership with you that is rooted in trust and mutual respect.
