About My Clients
I welcome adults (18+) and work best with those who feel deeply and think a lot, those who have been told they're too much, too sensitive, too intense. You're not. You're just carrying more than most. Neurodivergent? Exploring identity, faith, purpose, or just trying to survive? I welcome you and all of you. Any background, belief, or experience is safe here.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA in Counseling, a BA in Psychology, and an AS in Social and Behavioral Sciences. I hold the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential issued by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I'm also a member of ACA, SAIGE, APA, and Psi Chi—but more importantly, I care deeply about helping people feel safe, understood, and seen. Credentials aside, what matters is how we show up. I've worked with all age groups, from children to elders, but I currently focus on adults (18+) due to the nature of online therapy. I have extensive experience with virtual care and value the unique intimacy and accessibility it can offer.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in spaces where people can show up with their full humanity—messy, complex, grieving, growing, and still enough. I support all forms of neurodivergence, gender diversity, queer identity, cultural reclamation, deconstruction, and emotional expression that don't fit neatly into labels. I care about reducing suffering, honoring survival, and making space for people to be real without having to justify why. I stand with people who've been systemically harmed, excluded, or erased—across race, class, ability, gender, and more. I believe liberation work must be collective, nuanced, and ongoing. Mostly, I believe in people. Even when the world doesn't. Especially when they don't believe in themselves yet.
