About My Clients
Change can lead to healthier functioning, stronger relationships, and greater well-being. I work best with clients who are engaged, open, and ready to actively participate in the therapy process. My role is to support your growth by helping you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, and if you're motivated to improve your life, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my training includes working with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I bring a systemic perspective to therapy, meaning I consider how your relationships, environment, and past experiences shape your current challenges. I genuinely believe that our connections—with family, partners, friends, or chosen community—are central to our well-being. When these relationships are strained, it can affect all aspects of our lives. My goal is to help you understand and shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck, improve communication, and foster deeper, healthier connections. Whether you're facing conflict, life transitions, or personal struggles, I offer a supportive, collaborative space to explore change and growth. Together, we’ll work to build greater self-awareness, resilience, and stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
