About My Clients
I prefer working with individual adults (ages 18+) who are navigating everyday stress, major life transitions, anxiety, or relationship challenges. I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults, college students, and women who are looking for a collaborative, warm space to build coping tools and work through life's hurdles.
My Background and Approach
I am a dedicated Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate student currently completing my advanced clinical field placement. My background is deeply rooted in the core pillars of social work: treating every individual with dignity, understanding how a person's environment impacts their mental health, and advocating for accessible care. Through my graduate coursework and hands-on training, I am developing a strong foundation in modern therapeutic modalities to help clients safe. My Approach: My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and entirely client-centered. I view you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as a supportive partner. I integrate evidence-based frameworks tailored to your needs, including: • Strengths-Based Therapy • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Above all, I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally humble virtual environment where you feel truly heard, validated, and valued.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I firmly believe that mental health care is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. My practice is grounded in the core social work values of social justice, human dignity, and deep respect for every individual's unique lived experience. I am committed to providing an actively inclusive, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities feel entirely safe, respected, and empowered to heal.
