My Background and Approach
I have experience working with people who are deconstructing their faith and need a safe place to sort out their thoughts and cope with the new worldview. I also enjoy working with people who need help finding their voice and teaching skills to communicate effectively and stop playing the guessing game in their relationships. My approach to therapy is to create a non-judgemental space where my client can sort out the thoughts and feelings swirling around in their mind. I offer new perspectives to old problems.
