About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I support teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. My clients often want practical coping tools, healthier communication, emotional healing, and greater stability. Together, we identify strengths, understand patterns, and create realistic steps toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Safe Counseling PSC, a Washington licensed behavioral health agency. we work with teens, adults, couples, families, and groups using a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach. our work is trauma-informed and draws from Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, and DBT. Therapy with us is practical and personalized. We may explore the stories and patterns shaping your life, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and build skills you can use outside of sessions. We also understand that emotional wellness is often connected to real life stressors, so care may include peer support, care coordination, and connections to community resources when appropriate. Our goal is to help you feel understood while moving toward healing, stability, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe people are more than the problems they face. Each person carries strengths, values, relationships, and lived experiences that can support healing. We strive to create a space where clients feel respected, heard, and free from judgment. We value cultural humility, compassion, honesty, and collaboration. We welcome people from diverse backgrounds and recognize that identity, family, faith, community, migration, and life experiences can shape how distress and healing are understood. We do not believe one approach fits everyone. Instead, we work with each client to understand what matters most and build care around their goals, values, strengths, and pace. We believe meaningful change can begin with small, realistic steps. Together, we develop practical skills, strengthen relationships, understand difficult patterns, rewrite painful narratives, and reconnect with hope. Our goal is to help clients feel supported as they move toward healing, stability, and a fulfilling life.
