About My Clients
Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, or life transitions, you do not have to carry it alone. Whether you are LGBTQIA+, kink-involved, or part of the therian community, you will be met with deep respect and zero judgment. We strive to provide a sanctuary for the "too much," the "nontraditional," and the "unfiltered." This is a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing with compassion and authenticity.

My approach is holistic and compassionate, grounded in the belief that real healing happens when all parts of you are acknowledged and supported. I bring warmth, attentiveness, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. My practice is a space free from judgement and one where you can exhale, be honest, and begin to grow. Experienced in anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma-informed care. I draw from evidence based modalities including EFT, Mindfulness-Based Intervention, narrative, somatic, and holistic
