While I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds, I have a particular passion for supporting women, queer women, and teens as they navigate life’s challenges.
My Background and Approach
I focus on validating my clients through their most familiar lens in order to deepen emotional exploration and uncover any unmet desires or needs. Sometimes we internalize painful lived experiences as truths about ourselves and part of my commitment is helping to alleviate that through compassion and understanding. By exploring societal expectations and cultural norms, we can gain deeper insight into how these factors shape identity and mental health. Through our work together, we’ll create a space for healing, reflection, and transformation to help you reconnect with yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In a culture that often values doing over being, genuine connection can sometimes get lost. Therapy is all about relationships, and I never show up with an agenda—I meet you right where you are. I believe a little levity helps the process, so I encourage you to bring your whole self to our sessions. Finding the right therapist is the most important step in starting this work, which is why I’d love to offer you a free 15-minute consultation. No pressure at all—if we’re not the best fit, I’m happy to connect you with other trusted clinicians in my network. Not to be cliché, but you really aren’t in this alone.
