About My Clients
We live in challenging times where many people are feeling anxious, depressed, stressed and burned out. Everyday life can be overwhelming and difficult to manage as you navigate your relationships, family and work. You may notice you feel worried, sad, tired, irritable, have less patience, find it difficult to concentrate, or just feel a general sense of unease. My Background and Approach
I use an integrative, practical approach that incorporates multiple treatment techniques to meet your individual needs. There is no "one size fits all" approach as every person is unique and has their own story to tell. We will look at the various factors that may be contributing to your challenges and develop an individually tailored plan to address them. You will learn how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected and strategies to make positive changes. We'll work collaboratively on how to focus on the present moment in order to calm the mind and the body. We may also look at how patterns of thinking influence how you view yourself and impact your relationships.

Each person has the tools within them to make the changes they desire and often just need some support and guidance to help them realize their strength and ability to do so.
