About My Clients

I work with adults from diverse backgrounds experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, chronic pain, life transitions, and relationship or identity challenges. Many feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected while trying to care for everyone else. I offer an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ and Spanish-speaking clients. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—we can begin where you are.

My Background and Approach

I am a Registered Psychological Associate in California and provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. My clinical work includes supporting adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and the emotional impact of major life stressors. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma-informed care Mindfulness-based strategies Strengths-based therapy Values-focused and insight-oriented work I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and pace. Some clients benefit from practical coping strategies and skill-building, while others want deeper exploration around patterns, identity, relationships, or healing from painful experiences. Often therapy includes both. As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in English and Spanish and strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing does not require perfection. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and grounded in your lived experience—not one-size-fits-all. I believe people are incredibly resilient, even when they feel exhausted or disconnected from themselves. Healing often begins with being able to feel safe enough to understand your experiences with compassion and curiosity. I also believe culture, identity, relationships, and life context matter deeply in therapy. Your story deserves care, respect, and room to unfold in a way that feels authentic to you. My hope is to support clients in building insight, reconnecting with their strengths, and creating meaningful change that feels sustainable in everyday life.
