About My Clients
I work with adults, couples, and teens navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, processing childhood trauma or grief, and feeling stuck. I often find myself working with creatives, young adults navigating rites of passage, and those seeking more fulfilling relationships and greater meaning in their lives. Additionally, I specializes in supporting those navigating fertility issues, and wrote a Master's Thesis on the topic. I also facilitate process groups and workshops.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is warm, lively, collaborative, and relational. I approach talk-therapy from a depth perspective, weaving in trauma-informed somatic and mind-body approaches. Above all, I am passionate about the power of the therapeutic relationship as a tool for healing. With the utmost respect for my clients’ individuality, I work intuitively to help you reveal the meaning behind your challenging experiences, and symptoms—and support your movement toward growth, broader awareness, healthier relationships, self-compassion, and love. I earned a MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a BA in English Literature from UCLA. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in fashion, designing shoes and traveling the world for inspiration. I practice sacred dance, which has taught me firsthand that unprocessed emotions must sometimes be contacted somatically, before they can be spoken. I bring this creativity, intuition, and worldliness to my work with clients.
