My passion is helping others improve their wellbeing and plant seeds of self-love, healing and acceptance. My goal is to walk with you on this journey to feeling more whole, enlightened, self-loving and self accepting. My therapeutic approach and training includes evidenced based, trauma informed techniques to support your healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to make you feel a little bit seen, a little less alone in your struggle, to validate your experience. Living for authenticity, joy, and knowledge is about the journey, not the predefined definition of success. Today is the day to reach out, tomorrow is the day to feel better.
