About My Clients
I’m looking for clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, but are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma, and I also offer psychoeducational testing for ADHD and autism to support greater clarity and self-awareness.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, compassionate, and goal-oriented, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help adults challenge unhelpful thought patterns, shift behaviors, and build practical tools for lasting change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, OCD, depression, or trauma, I offer a supportive space to help you take meaningful steps toward feeling more in control. Many clients begin therapy feeling uncertain or unsure of where to start. I offer a structured, supportive space to explore what’s not working and identify practical steps forward. I am currently licensed as a Psych Associate in the state of Maryland, and I provide services at PsychForward CBT under the supervision of Dr. Jonathan Schettino, a licensed psychologist. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University of Maryland.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong passion for supporting individuals from underserved communities and those navigating systemic challenges such as poverty, racism, and substance use. I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health and substance use treatment programs, where I’ve supported individuals in recovery and those living with serious mental illness. My clinical experience includes providing therapy and conducting psychological assessments for individuals facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, identity and self-worth concerns, and neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and autism. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Executive Chair of the Maryland Psychological Association for Graduate Students, advocating for and supporting graduate students across the state. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, playing pickleball, and attending live music. I’m also a proud cat mom to Prince and Jack, and volunteer as a weekend foster at local shelters.
