About My Clients
I work best with clients who feel stuck in repetitive relationship patterns, such as ongoing conflict, defensiveness, or miscommunication. Many of the individuals I work with struggle with low self-worth, anxiety, or emotional reactivity, and may find themselves taking things personally or feeling easily hurt in their relationships. They’re often looking to understand themselves more deeply, while also wanting support in making meaningful, lasting changes.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), which focuses on helping people understand the patterns they create in relationships and how to change them in real time. I don’t take a passive role in therapy. I’m engaged, direct, and active in helping you see what’s happening beneath the surface. That means I may gently challenge patterns that are keeping you stuck, while also helping you build the skills and awareness needed to do something different. In our work together, we’ll focus on identifying and interrupting unhelpful relational patterns, building emotional regulation and self-awareness, increasing accountability without shame, and creating more balanced, respectful, and connected relationships. I also integrate elements of trauma-informed care and skills-based approaches when helpful, especially for clients who struggle with emotional intensity or regulation. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels real, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
