Depression is a common mental health disorder characterized by persistent sadness, loss of interest or pleasure in activities, changes in sleep and sometimes suicidal thoughts. It can be caused by a combination of genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors. By using talk therapy together we will work on your specific symptoms, explore the sources and address them. I help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors contributing to depression.

Anxiety is a natural stress response, but when excessive, persistent, or irrational, it becomes an anxiety disorder. I help my clients to identify and reframe irrational fears and negative thought patterns. Work together gradual exposure to feared situations to reduce avoidance and fear. I teaches my client present-moment awareness and stress reduction techniques and helps clients accept thoughts without judgment while focusing on meaningful life actions.

I believe addiction is not a choose of life style. It is a diseases and can be treated at preventive and curative level. If you are struggling with addiction we can work together to change your behavior and create mindful life. I use usually Motivational interviewing techniques to encourages self-motivation and commitment to change. I helps clients recognize triggers, develop coping strategies, and modify harmful behaviors. I teaches emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills.

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is widely used to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. I work with my client to create awareness/recognize how their thoughts influence emotions and actions. We will exercise challenging and replacing unhelpful or irrational thoughts with healthier, balanced ones. I encouraging positive behaviors to improve mood and well-being.

The goal is to help clients engage in values-based actions despite distress or discomfort. I will help my client to focus on psychological flexibility—helping individuals accept difficult thoughts and emotions rather than trying to eliminate them. I will help client on learning to detach from thoughts instead of being controlled by them. Assist client on allowing thoughts and emotions to exist without resistance or avoidance. Example: "I acknowledge my anxiety, but I can still move forward.
