About My Clients
I work with a diverse clientele who struggle with anxiety, depression, life stressors, anger, grief and bereavement, relationship issues, work and career issues including stress and burnout. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and immigration/first-generation. I will challenge you at times so you can achieve your goals while validating, empowering, and supporting you.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy as I believe each client is unique in their needs. I apply CBT, DBT, person-centered, and mindfulness to support my clients. You are in charge of your journey and I am here to support you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone should be taking care of their mental health and prioritize their wellbeing. I am passionate about supporting people in their journeys and very aware of the importance of culture/spirituality. I want my clients to leave the therapeutic space feeling empowered as they gain confidence and skills to live life to the fullest. I am affirmative of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structure.
