My Background and Approach
I have experience working with adults and older adults with a variety of care needs. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, aging, LGBTQ issues, substance use, and caregiver support. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an advocate for trauma-informed care. I aim to help clients find safety and security inside and outside of sessions by teaching coping and acceptance skills and increasing a sense of self-efficacy surrounding client growth and self-actualization.
