About My Clients
I help women and individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma find freedom from shame and self-doubt. My goal is to empower you, build confidence, and improve your overall well-being so you can feel good about who you are and thrive—not just survive.
My Background and Approach
With over 13 years of experience, I use an eclectic, client-centered approach tailored to each individual. I draw from modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and inner parts with curiosity and compassion. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—my goal is to meet you where you are and use the methods that best support your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Christian, I believe in helping others through love, compassion, and grace. My faith shapes the way I show up for my clients—with acceptance, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s journey. I feel especially called to support individuals impacted by addiction in their family, those who feel lost in how to cope, and busy moms who constantly feel like they’re not doing enough. I’m passionate about helping people break free from shame and begin to see themselves through a lens of worth, hope, and healing.
