About My Clients
My ideal client is ready to explore the deeper layers of their story. They may feel stuck, anxious, grieving, or struggle to balance caregiving with self-care. Carrying generational wounds and longing for purpose, they seek to feel safe, seen, and empowered. Through CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused care, I help break old patterns, heal wounds, set boundaries, and nurture self-compassion. Healing is sacred—I hold space for you to reconnect, release, and thrive fully in mind, body, and soul.
My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, life transitions, and complex medical or mental health challenges, I bring warmth, deep understanding, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected. I am a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL, GA, SC), Qualified Supervisor (FL), and Certified Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor (FL), offering flexible online sessions to meet you where you are—with compassion and ease. I help those carrying childhood wounds, grief, depression, anxiety, or navigating challenges in family, intimate, or blended relationships, as well as struggles with body image or self-esteem. My approach is collaborative and deeply personalized, creating a safe space where you can show up as you are and feel truly seen. Using CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, I guide you to break free from old patterns, set healthy boundaries, heal wounds, and cultivate self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries inherent worth and the capacity to heal. Therapy is a sacred space where you can be fully seen, feel safe, and explore your story without judgment. I believe that healing is not about perfection, but about growth, self-compassion, and reclaiming your power. Together, we honor your experiences, release what no longer serves you, and create lasting change that supports your mind, body, and spirit.
