My Background and Approach
We all graduated from the master level of therapy education and have received a variety of evidence-based trainings including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Exposure Therapy (ET), Existential Therapy, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, 12-Step Recovery, and Culturally Sensitive approach.

What bothers your mind impacts your whole body. Struggling with mental disorders is painful, and we want to validate you from a neurological, psychological, pathological, and physiological perspective. So you can see that what you experienced and what happened to you are very understandable, and we can help.
