About My Clients
My clients are cycle breakers..... "A cycle breaker is someone who grew up without an example of the life they wanted or needed, and they fought like hell to build that life anyway." -Nate Postlethwait- To be a cycle breaker is a burden and a gift. To create a path forward in life on your own requires vision, determination, and a natural tendency towards hyper-independence. That's the part that can become the burden. It can be rewarding, but equally lonely, and exhausting.
My Background and Approach
My role as your therapist is to provide you space and support with attunement, compassion, and empathy so that you can put burdens down, and rest your weary heart. My goal is for you to feel safe to express your needs and vulnerabilities that you've buried for so long. In the process of uncovering the foundation you were built on, we can identify the spaces of your mind and heart that need healing. Highlighting your natural strengths and drawing from your inner compass to help us navigate our therapeutic journey together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a fully inclusive therapist and support all communities. I've lived in a world of many cultural influences and learned that we are all longing for love, acceptance, meaningful connection, and autonomy, no matter where we started, or how we got here. Outside of therapy I am a wife, mother, and enjoy living and spending time in the PNW outdoors. I love lazy weekends and quality time with my family which also involves cooking for my husband and four darling daughters. 💗
