About My Clients
Whether you're looking for help for yourself, a loved one, or your family, I know it’s not always easy to take this step. No matter where you’re coming from or what you’re facing—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, Autism, or something else—I’m here with you. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you nurture your well-being and work toward flourishing and thriving in your life.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, incorporating evidence-based practices. I specialize in expressive arts therapy and am trained in art, sand tray, and play therapy. With my Christian faith background and training in faith integration, I am able to offer Christian faith integration for those who desire it. I also warmly welcome all clients from all backgrounds and walks of life! Reaching out for support is a big step, and I’m proud of you for being here. You are the expert of your own story, and whether you choose me or another provider, remember that you are loved, worthy, valuable, and enough. Thank you for considering me in your journey, and I hope to walk alongside you. Take care!
