About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am skilled in working with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression in adults. I also have capabilities in working with a variety of other conditions.
My Background and Approach
I provide talk therapy, psychoeducation, and work from an eclectic approach, as therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. The primary modalities I work with during the initial sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. My approach to therapy is from a philosophical standpoint to help individuals pursue meaningful lives and a balance within themselves. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools to help you navigate life more confidently. My goal is for you to leave each session with clarity, self-awareness, and a sense of progress toward the changes you want to see.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change when given a safe and supportive environment. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect, recognizing that each individual’s story is unique. I value collaboration in the therapeutic process, empowering clients to find their own voice and discover solutions that align with their values. I see challenges not as permanent roadblocks, but as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward building the life you want.
