About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem. I especially enjoy supporting women who may feel overwhelmed by the many responsibilities they carry while trying to prioritize their own well-being. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and have been working in the mental health field since 2017. My experience includes supporting individuals in residential substance use programs and providing individual therapy for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and motivational interviewing, while creating a warm, judgment-free space. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I strive to help clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. I value compassion, honesty, resilience, and meeting people where they are. I believe that asking for support is a sign of strength, and I’m passionate about helping clients recognize their own strengths while navigating difficult seasons of life. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I also value creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and culturally understood.
