My Background and Approach
Milka Kimmel is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in Adolescent and Young Adult Therapy. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and earned a certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice. As a dedicated educator, Milka is a professor at Mount Saint Vincent College and a certified Kallah Teacher, providing pre marital relationship skills. Milka has practiced in various settings: gap year programs, a school serving girls at risk, and a low-income clinic. With her warm and inviting approach, Milka creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Her goal is to help them develop self-awareness, confidence, and resilience, empowering them to navigate life's challenges with courage and determination.
