About My Clients
My clients are teens, adults, and couples looking for a safe space to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, or relationship issues. I work well with people who feel unheard or stuck and want a warm, down-to-earth, bilingual therapist who is truly present with them. My clients appreciate feeling supported and understood.
My Background and Approach
I hold a master’s degree in psychology and have over a decade of experience supporting teens, adults, families, and couples. As a bilingual therapist, I offer culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care with a warm and grounded approach. I use CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy to help clients understand their emotions, build coping tools, and create healthier patterns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood—especially when life feels heavy. Healing isn’t linear, and no one should navigate their pain alone. I see therapy as a partnership grounded in trust, compassion, and honesty. I honor each client’s culture, identity, and lived experience, and I adapt therapy to the person, not the other way around. My approach is genuine and nonjudgmental, offering a safe space where clients can be themselves and speak their truth. Most of all, I believe that with the right support, people can reconnect with their strength and move toward healing.
