About My Clients
Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, postpartum, self-esteem, trauma or any other issue, I am open to being by your side to process this and develop the tools to lead to you feeling more fulfilled.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health counselor. Through my years in the mental health field, I have grasped an array of experience; some of which includes working in day programs, outpatient programs, schools, hospitals, crisis centers and more. My approach to therapy most often includes person centered, strength-based solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong belief that with the right motivation and support, we can all achieve the change to lead to a happier life. This does not mean that there won't be challenges, because we all know life has a way of throwing stones but my hope is that by learning what tools will help you, you will know how to go against it and build resiliency.
