About My Clients
Working with individuals to help them achieve happier and more fulfilling lives is my goal. I have a genuine concern for people and a sincere desire to help others. As a therapist I offer support, encouragement, insight, and understanding. I use a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Person Centered therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical behavior Therapy to help clients achieve their goals.
My Background and Approach
My education includes a Doctorate from Liberty University in Professional Counseling, an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from Georgia State University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, a member of the Licensed Professional Association of Georgia Counselors, the American Association of Christian Counselors, the Georgia Christian Counselors Association, and the American Counseling Association. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, couples, and women. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, childhood disorders, family and parenting problems, women’s issues, and grief/bereavement.

Helping individuals achieve satisfying, meaningful and purposeful lives is my goal. All individuals experience difficult and challenging events. Successful therapy can assist in helping to learn coping strategies to move forward and overcome barriers to personal wellbeing and fulfillment.
