About My Clients
I had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. I supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment difficulties, self-harming behaviors, and autism spectrum disorder. Working on research has strengthened my clinical foundation and deepened my understanding of how children and families grow and thrive. My specialty is working with children or teens experiencing difficulties with behavioral or emotional issues.
My Background and Approach
My clinical approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based perspective to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I find CBT especially effective when working with children, while a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach with adolescents and families fosters deeper, long-lasting change. Above all, I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With gentle guidance, I strive to help each client discover their inner strengths, build resilience, and move toward greater well-being. My work is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and rooted in deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and life story.
