About My Clients
My passion is helping individuals and families rediscover who they are by breaking down their diagnoses and recognizing trauma. Currently I work in an outpatient setting primarily with individuals struggling with addiction and mental health clinical diagnosis, such as bi-polar, depression, and schizophrenia. I also treat adults and children with autism and other developmental disorders.
My Background and Approach
My hands on approach and being bilingual, Spanish speaking, allows me to build a stronger connection with clients. Some strategies I use include role play, empty chair technique, all with a client centered approach. My goal is to gear all sessions to your development and goals.
