My Background and Approach
My journey becoming a therapist was founded in my personal journey of self-exploration. That journey allowed me to find my niche and a career that I absolutely love, with passion to assist others with discovering themselves and finding overall health and wellness, mental healing, and a life path that resonates with their souls. My therapeutic approach is client centered, CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a clinician, it is my belief that all people deserve respect with genuine professionalism and rapport. I have adopted an eclectic approach meeting each client where they are utilizing CBT, trauma focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and client centered interventions with ongoing training and development.
