My ideal client is someone navigating the weight of constant anxiety and the deep-seated patterns of attachment concerns. You may find yourself feeling perpetually on edge, struggling to feel truly secure in your relationships, or constantly second-guessing your worth and saying 'no.'
My Background and Approach
I describe my approach as 'gentle but honest.' In our work together, we won't just talk about your anxiety; we’ll look at how it shows up in your daily life and your relationships. I create a no-judgment zone where we can explore the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected or misunderstood. Using a mix of warm conversation and personalized worksheets, we’ll work on building a 'toolbox' for setting healthy boundaries, managing anxiety and building confidence. My goal is to help you move from simply 'managing' your stress to building relationships that actually feel supportive and replenishing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a New York-based therapist who believes that true 'wealth' is found in the quality of our connections—both with ourselves and with the people we love. With a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a background in Psychology and Sociology, I view your symptoms as only one piece of the puzzle. It’s your individual experience that truly guides the process. I like to blend creative approaches into my work as a creative myself, so I often utilize custom worksheets and other helpful visual aids and resources to guide our work together.
