About My Clients
You’ve carried a lot, maybe alone. holding it together, doing the inner work, yet still feeling disconnected or stuck. You may long to feel like yourself again, to soften the tension in your body, or to find meaning in the ache you carry. Together, we slow down, listen inward, and create space for what’s ready to emerge.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed, grounded in Gestalt and transpersonal psychology. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and have over a decade of experience working with the body through personal training, bodywork, and energy healing. I help clients reconnect to the wisdom of their body, emotions, and inner knowing. supporting the integration of experiences that have felt fragmented or overwhelming. In our work, we slow down, listen inward, and meet what arises with presence and compassion. For some, this may include integration of psychedelic experiences or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a way to deepen the healing process. My role is not to fix, but to accompany, creating a field where your innate intelligence can guide transformation, and where the simple act of being becomes profoundly alchemical.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is sacred. It's a return to connection with self, others, and the greater web of life. My work is guided by presence, compassion, curiosity, and a deep trust in the body’s innate intelligence. I value inclusivity, accessibility, and trauma-informed care, welcoming people of all backgrounds, genders, and identities. I honor the intersections of psychological, spiritual, and systemic healing, understanding that our suffering is not only personal but collective. I’m passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and psychedelic medicine, supporting ethical, relational, and soul-centered integration. My path has been shaped by personal experiences with chronic illness, nature-based spirituality, and community-oriented healing. I believe in presence over performance, depth over quick fixes, and the quiet power of remembering our belonging to something larger.
