My Background and Approach
I have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I take a collaborative, supportive approach, helping clients recognize their strengths and build the tools they need to create meaningful change. Whether it’s improving communication, processing past experiences, or finding balance, I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, making the process both effective and approachable. With humor and real conversations, I create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard and supported while also being challenged to grow. I’m all about real conversations, therapy shouldn’t feel stiff or scripted. I value connection, authenticity, and helping people see their own strengths. I’m especially passionate about working with diverse communities and those navigating big life changes. I want my clients to know they’re not alone, and I do my best to make therapy feel like a place where they can be themselves, whether that means deep conversations, humor, or both.
