About My Clients
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, parents, and young adults. I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I also provide parent coaching sessions and maternal mental health services (postpartum depression and perinatal anxiety).
My Background and Approach
I utilize a vast array of approaches with my clients such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy. I value providing a safe and supportive space to promote opportunities for positive change. I strive to establish a collaborative, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients in order to help them reach their goals.
