About My Clients
I do individual therapy with adults (18+). Are you a chronic people pleaser? Feel like everyone else has a manual on life that you somehow missed? Maybe you can't stop overthinking. Whether you want to understand yourself better, prioritize your needs more, or need a safe space to vent, I am here to help you in a way that feels right for you. I work with a variety of clients, including high-masking and/or late-diagnosed Autism/ADHD, chronic people-pleasing, communication, trauma, and grief.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for client autonomy. I want my clients to feel safe asking questions, voicing concerns, and exploring what they need from therapy without fear of judgment. I check in with clients frequenty to make sure we're approaching things in a way that resonates with them. While I bring clinical insight and structure to our work together, I also value flexibility—meeting clients where they are while gently encouraging growth, self-understanding, and accountability. I try to tailor our work to each client’s needs and goals. My role isn’t to push people toward a particular outcome, but to support them in making sense of their experiences and moving toward the kind of life they want to live, at their own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m queer and neurodivergent, and those parts of my identity shape how I move through the world and connect with others. I’m affirming of polyamory, non-monogamy, and kink, and I care deeply about creating spaces where people don’t have to explain or shrink themselves to be understood. I’m drawn to the contradictions of being human—the ways we grow, adapt, mess up, heal, and keep going. In life and in relationships, I try to show up with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to learn. Outside of therapy, I love watching horror movies, spending time outside, getting emotionally invested in a good dramedy, and reading whatever random book pulls me in.
