Anxiety is something I've worked with in counselling by supporting individuals with anxiety by utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which encourages mindfulness and values-based actions; and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I focus on helping clients identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and build emotional resilience to manage anxiety effectively. My approach to depression involves understanding its complex emotional, cognitive, and physical impacts. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions to help clients manage symptoms and build resilience. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported throughout their healing journey.

Through EMDR, clients process traumatic experiences and reduce distressing symptoms. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that uses bilateral stimulation to help clients reprocess difficult memories in a safe and structured environment. I guide clients through this process with compassion, empowering them to build resilience and achieve emotional healing.

My expertist in DBT allows for guiding clients through DBT's core modules, including emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness, empowering them to build healthier coping mechanisms and improve overall well-being.

As a psychotherapist, I have extensive expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
