My Background and Approach
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to live with trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges in your relationships. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know what it feels like to grow up in a dysfunctional family, to carry the heaviness of depression, or to feel the fear of anxiety that makes even stepping outside overwhelming. I also know the hope and freedom that comes from overcoming these challenges when you have the right support. I believe healing begins through meaningful connections, which is why I take the client-therapist relationship seriously—it is the first vehicle for change. I approach every client with empathy, authenticity, and gentle encouragement, creating a safe space to explore life’s challenges. I am passionate about working with couples and families because when families heal, generations are transformed.
