My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space, an environment where you feel free to feel, be heard, and be empowered to change the things prohibiting you from living the life you desire. I believe one of my greatest assignments in this life is to assist in the journey of individuals to become their highest selves.
My Background and Approach
I am experienced in child/adolescent, adults, family, and group therapy. I am a native of Nebraska. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in clinical social work at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
