My clients are surprised by the speed at which they recieve relief, once we begin our work. They deserve relief from the depression, anxiety and anger that has them seeking help. The fall out from Trauma can filter into every part of your life, destroying relationships and leading to behavior you wish you could change. My clients can "breathe" and move forward with lives they only previously dreamed of. You deserve that too.

My genuine and empathetic approach is client centered. After really hearing your history, and how it connects to your struggles today, I offer a variety of appropriate treatment approaches. You choose your healing . My job is to walk beside you in your treatment journey.
